phppub Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phppub," "we," "us," "our" refers to phppub and its platform accessible at phppub.vip, including all subdomains and associated mobile-optimized interfaces.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers for, or uses any service provided by phppub.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on phppub.vip through which a User may access phppub's gaming and betting services.
• "Platform" means the phppub website, web application, and any associated interfaces through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot games, live dealer games, arcade games, bingo, and sports betting markets offered on phppub.
• "Funds" means any monetary amount credited to or held within a User's phppub account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds issued by phppub subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, distinct from real-money funds deposited by the User.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion features, and related controls available to Users through their phppub account settings.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government agency with authority over gaming in the Philippines.

By accessing phppub.vip, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on phppub.vip.

Use of phppub and participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines as recognized under applicable PAGCOR regulations. phppub conducts age verification at registration and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify a User's age. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, and all associated funds may be forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing phppub from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your specific location. phppub makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, are subject to guardianship, or who are prohibited from gambling under court order are not eligible to use phppub.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order from phppub or any other gaming operator, or be enrolled in any voluntary or mandatory exclusion program that prohibits access to gambling platforms.
• One Account Per Person: Each eligible individual may hold only one phppub account at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.

To access real-money gaming services on phppub, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number — is accurate, complete, and current;
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change;
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously had a phppub account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Account Verification

phppub reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued Philippine identification cards such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or equivalent documents recognized under Philippine law.

Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one active phppub account at any time. If phppub discovers that a User has registered multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — phppub reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any associated funds, and permanently ban the User from the Platform. This policy applies regardless of whether separate accounts were used to claim bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phppub account login credentials, including your password, mobile OTP codes, and any biometric authentication methods linked to your account. phppub will never contact you by phone, email, or any other means to request your password or OTP code.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your phppub account;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device;
• Notify phppub's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

phppub shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. All bets placed and transactions processed through your account will be treated as authorized by you unless you have notified phppub of a security breach in advance.

phppub accepts deposits through approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed by phppub at its sole discretion with notice published on the Platform.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. phppub does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phppub assumes no responsibility for currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider.
• phppub reserves the right to delay or decline any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, to violate anti-money laundering obligations, or to be associated with prohibited activity.

Anti-Money Laundering

phppub operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. All deposits are subject to monitoring. phppub is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities. Users who engage in deposit and withdrawal patterns that suggest money laundering activity will have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed by phppub in accordance with the following terms:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your phppub account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• phppub may require successful completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being cancelled or held pending verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are published in the phppub Cashier section and are subject to change with notice.
• phppub targets a GCash withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may extend to several hours depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedule.
• phppub reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts under review for security, fraud, or regulatory compliance purposes. Users will be notified when their withdrawal is subject to review.
• In cases where a User has accepted a bonus, withdrawal of the bonus amount and associated winnings is subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements being fully satisfied.

phppub offers promotional bonuses to eligible Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds credited to your phppub account are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• phppub bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using phppub funds, and collusion between accounts — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active in your phppub account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• phppub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, and to decline or revoke a bonus at its discretion if it determines that a User has violated these Terms or the specific promotion's terms.

All bets placed on phppub are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published within the relevant game interface:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the phppub system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific game type.
• phppub game outcomes for RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested. phppub does not alter, manipulate, or override any game outcome after a bet is placed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error that materially affects the outcome of a game session, phppub reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return staked funds to the affected Users' accounts. phppub will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users.
• For live sports betting, bets are accepted subject to published minimum and maximum stake limits. phppub reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual User at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by phppub's server-side logging systems shall be considered the definitive reference. phppub's dispute resolution decisions are final.
• phppub does not accept bets from Users who have insider information regarding the outcome of an event that is not publicly available at the time of placing the bet.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phppub and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all account funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to deposit to phppub.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one phppub account simultaneously, regardless of whether separate accounts are used to claim bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for a deposit made to phppub where the funds were used for gaming. phppub will pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Collusion: Coordinating or conspiring with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any phppub game, including but not limited to sharing card information in live table games or coordinating sports betting positions to manipulate payout outcomes.
• System Exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any technical method to gain an advantage over the normal operation of phppub games or the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using phppub to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using phppub gaming activity as a mechanism to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Match Fixing: Participating in or having knowledge of any match-fixing scheme involving events available for betting on phppub, without disclosing this to phppub.

All content published on the phppub Platform — including but not limited to the phppub name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and interfaces (as applicable to phppub-owned content), written content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of phppub or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phppub Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any phppub content without express written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any phppub software;
• Use phppub's name, logo, or branding in any context that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorization;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phppub Platform using automated tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phppub and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phppub Platform, including without limitation loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of profit, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

In particular, phppub is not liable for:

• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Actions taken by phppub in good-faith compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, including account suspension pending investigation;
• Decisions made by game providers in relation to game rule disputes that fall within the scope of the provider's own rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits phppub's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

phppub is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Filipino player community. We recognize that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become problematic for some individuals. phppub provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through the phppub account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration notifications that alert them when they have been active on phppub for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion of between 1 day and 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay. During an active self-exclusion period, the User's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during extended game sessions reminding Users of time elapsed and account balance changes.

phppub strictly prohibits gambling by minors. The minimum age for any real-money activity on phppub is 21 years. If you suspect a minor is accessing a phppub account, please contact our support team immediately.

phppub collects, stores, and processes personal data from its Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phppub.vip/privacy-policy, and in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering for a phppub account, you consent to phppub processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility to use the Platform;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and gaming transactions;
• Communicating with you regarding your account, promotions, and Platform updates;
• Complying with anti-money laundering, responsible gaming, and other regulatory obligations;
• Improving phppub's products and services through anonymized analytics.

phppub implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. A full description of your data rights under Philippine law, including your right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, is set out in the phppub Privacy Policy.

phppub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where phppub reasonably determines that:

• A User has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A User has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 10;
• A User's account has been identified as a duplicate or multi-account;
• A User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• phppub is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority;
• A User requests self-exclusion under Section 13.

Upon account termination for cause, phppub reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Funds determined to have been acquired through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms may be forfeited.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their phppub account in good standing may do so by contacting phppub support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the User's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to phppub's internal dispute resolution process. Users are required to submit a written complaint to phppub's support team before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phppub's internal process within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution.

phppub reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phppub will post the updated Terms on phppub.vip/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect Users' rights or obligations, phppub will endeavor to provide advance notice through Platform notifications or email where practicable.

Your continued use of the phppub Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using phppub and may request account closure in accordance with Section 15.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. phppub recommends that you revisit this page whenever you notice the "Last Updated" date has changed.
